Laboratory Analyst

Title:  Laboratory Analyst

Location:  Birmingham, AL

Position:  We have several full-time, salaried positions in a rapidly growing biotechnology company.  Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

Company Information:  Contract research organization specializing in functional assays for antibodies against various bacteria.  Our goal is to provide reliable results to our clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications:  Laboratory experience preferred, but not required. Computer skills, specifically with Word and Excel, are preferred.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Skills:  Must be good with hands, detail oriented, and be able to follow instructions.

Salary:  $50,000 to $65,000, depending upon experience.  Benefits include health insurance, disability insurance, and retirement plan.

• Perform assays
• Enter and tabulate data
• Assist with report preparation and QC monitoring
• Regular equipment maintenance
• Reagent preparation
• Order supplies
