Job Specific Tasks: As our Educator Professional Learning Specialist, you'll tackle a range of exciting responsibilities, including:

• Designing and delivering professional learning opportunities for educators in-state and out-of-state.
• Coordinating local efforts for educational projects like the Peanut Breeding Project in the Wiregrass region.
• Identifying educator needs and crafting tailored solutions for effective genetics instruction.
• Building long-term professional relationships with educators to drive impactful classroom outcomes.
• Leading in-classroom pilots for new educational materials and providing valuable feedback.
• Supporting laboratory-based field trip experiences for visiting students.
• Collaborating with teams across Educational Outreach and other departments at HudsonAlpha.
• Utilizing project management software to oversee Educator Professional Development programs.
